I almost didn’t get this book because it’s basically an after the fact compilation of Professor Tolkien’s writings “The Adventures of Tom Bombadil”, “Farmer Giles of Ham”, “Leaf by Niggle”, “Smith of Wootton Major”, and “Roverandom”. However, it was published as part of the deluxe editions with slipcase along with The Children of Hurin, The Silmarillion, The Hobbit, etc. (all of which I have) so I decided to take the plunge. Long term, I want to get hardback copies of these standalone books (where they exist).
